Return and Refund Policy

1. Return and Exchange Conditions:

JERSEYFANCUSTOM accepts returns and exchanges only for non-custom products, provided the request is made within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs under these conditions.

2. Returns for Faulty Products:

We will accept returns if the product you received is damaged, torn, or the printing/embroidery is not clear. These returns must also be initiated within 30 days of receipt. In these cases, customers will not incur any return shipping charges. Additionally, if the product is significantly damaged or unusable, it may not be necessary to return the item. You can simply provide photographic evidence of the damage, and we will proceed with the refund or replacement without requiring the item to be sent back to us.

3. Return Process:

  • Identify the reason for the return based on the above conditions.
  • Take photos of the product and send them to our email address to verify the condition of the product and packaging.
  • Return the product to the following warehouse address, unless it’s significantly damaged and qualifies for a no-return refund:
    Warehouse Address: Building A, 190 Bridgeport Parkway, Moreland, GA 30259, United States.
  • Once we verify the return, we will proceed with replacing the product or refunding your money.

4. Refund Policy:

  • Customers will receive a refund immediately after we receive the returned item, or confirm the condition of the significantly damaged item through photos. The timing of the refund depends on the original method of payment:
    • PayPal: within 12 hours.
    • Credit card: between 3-5 business days.
  • In cases where the product is faulty due to JERSEYFANCUSTOM’s error and does not require a return, customers can choose to receive a refund or a replacement product.
